Successful brands offer a promise their audience can believe in. For Xlumena, a medical device company aimed at endoscopists, overcoming the inherent “marketing” skepticism of physicians, creating a creditable differentiation, and generating excitement around devices still in development were the challenges. Through a series of workshops, interviews, focus groups, and creative exploration, we discovered and developed a brand idea and messaging that resonated with the audience, creating a genuine belief in the new opportunities Xlumena offered to their practice.
